We take a co-design, data-driven approach to consulting, led by the First Nations communities that we serve. Our clients come to us because we design our solutions for the benefit of First Nations people which in turn, is able to benefit everyone as a result.

We have a virtual bench of over 2000 'fractional consultant' experts with diverse backgrounds and skillsets, allowing us to provide comprehensive consulting services to businesses of all sizes and industries.

We are a certified Supply Nation Indigenous Business owned and led by our Indigenous leaders and visionaries.
- Our leaders are themselves on a journey of discovery and connection with their heritage whilst bringing pride to their people through Alliance Community Group.
- We also partner with other Supply Nation businesses and have created a Supply Chain Diversity program that connects Supply Nation businesses with our clients.
- We work with clients to understand how to unlock the power of Social Procurement and how to effectively engage Indigenous Businesses to help them meet their Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) Quotas, particularly if they have a Reconciliation Action Plan or IPP.
DID YOU KNOW: indigenous businesses can be engaged by government agencies directly, for up to $250K worth of business as part of their IPP target spend on indigenous business, which they aim to spend min 4% of Indigenous businesses just like Alliance Community Group
Roots in Tech-For-Good.
Alliance Community Group was founded by Alliance ICT in 2024.
Joshua Jovanovski, Anthony Tran and Maka Kama co-founded Alliance ICT with a vision that technology was a force for good that could be wielded for the benefit of First Nations communities in Australia, South East Asia and the Pacific which are the regions they represent.
Since then, Alliance ICT has established itself as Australia's leading Indigenous Technology practice with a strong social enterprise track-record of helping the community.
In 2024, Alliance ICT founded Alliance Community Group in recognition of the growing demand for purpose-led transformation consulting services, providing a dedicated business for greater client focus.
Scaling Social Impact.
In 2024, Alliance ICT was expanded to include indigipath as a cultural practice, EquiBlend as a sustainability practice and Alliance Community Group as the collaboration between all three practices and aligned partners.
Together, our practices help our clients discover the right combination of culture, technology and sustainability by helping them to unlock their purpose and rebuilding these pillars upon it.
