Through PhD research, we have created 'The Beneficence Framework' which provides leaders with a process by which they can transform with purpose at the centre of their organisation.
Organisations that successfully develop their leadership both personally and professionally - based on that organisations’ purpose - will measurably deliver beneficence.
The amount of beneficence delivered equates to the level of social impact that the organisation has had upon the community and the environment over time.
